The term ‘Digital Bangladesh’
implies the equal, round and rapid development in all sectors of the nation
under a good command of high-tech. The concept of Digital Bangladesh is
introduced by the Awamy-League government in 2009. The aim of digital
Bangladesh is to bring the whole country under rapid and equal development
applying mainly the knowledge of science. In this point, the government likes
to bring about revolution in technological development.

The development in
communication, education, information, medical science, agriculture can be accelerated
by applying the knowledge of high-tech. it needs strong political commitment,
well and long-term policy of corruption and nepotism free good government.
Bangladesh has already been connected with submarine cable. We will have to use
its advantage in the sectors of development. People of all walks should come
forward to help the government to build up ‘Digital Bangladesh’.
